Through years of taste testing in our Chicago kitchen we found that a perfect cocktail starts with high quality ingredients and small batch production. We teamed up with a Midwest production facility that values quality and taste over cost. Our idea became reality!
Bella Grace Vineyards
Established in 2006, Bella Grace is a family-operated vineyard located in California’s beautiful Sierra Foothills, with tasting locations in the Shenandoah Valley and the quaint, historic town of Sutter Creek. Growing on the vineyard property are twelve distinct grape varieties and three varieties of olives, all sustainably grown. These artisan-crafted wines are aged in barrels, stored in the property’s hillside wine cave, soon to be 100% solar powered. Within just a few years of opening, Bella Grace’s Barbera and Grenache Blanc wines won two “Best of California” awards.
Blair Estate is a family-owned vineyard located in the Arroyo Seco of southern California. Delfina’s Vineyard found its beginnings in Jeffrey Blair’s pursuit of crafting the perfect Pinot Noir worthy of honoring his beloved grandmother, for which the vineyard was named. Eight years later, he continues to do just that as well as expanding to include almost two acres of Chardonnay and one block of Muscat on the family estate.
Bodega Malma is owned by Viola and Eurnekian families, who acquired this winery in 2009 to continue developing the Patagonian wine making region and become established in the top quality wine business at a global level. Together with Enologist Sergio Pomar and Consulting Enologist Roberto de la Mota, they have outlined a product portfolio and are researching on the potential of every micro terroir for different varieties.

Telish is an innovative wine company seeking to bring Bulgaria to the forefront of international wine production. With the construction of its new winery, Castra Rubra, they’ve dived into the future with the latest technologies the field has to offer and a team of young oenologists led by Michel Rolland, “guru of all modern-thinking winemakers.” Situated on an important ancient trade route where a Byzantine fortress once stood, Castra Rubra pays homage to its important cultural roots, even naming its most successful wine, Via Diagonalis, after the land on which it shares its history.

Located near the town of Oryahovo, Château Burgozone’s cellar and surrounding vineyards can be found right on the bank of the Danube River, overlooking the island of Esperanto. Edoardo Miroglio winery is surrounded by an impressive 220 hectares of vineyards situated in the quaint village of Elenovo, which rests at the foothills of the Rila Mountains. Fiuza & Bright is a family business born out of a partnership between the Mascarenhas Fiuza family and renowned Australian oenologist, Peter Bright. While they pioneered the use of international grape varieties in Portugal, they maintain the Fiuza family tradition by growing exclusively local grapes on three of their four estates. Loved both at home and abroad, Fiuza’s award-winning wine reflects the perfect combination of history and modern technology.
K stands for Konstantin the Great, the emperor of Thracian heritage who ruled over Byzantium, famed for uniting the eastern and western parts of the Roman Empire. Konstantin ruled a vast territory, with its epicenter being the city of Constantinople, which he named after himself (currently Istanbul). The K Cellars label pays homage to the Byzantine cross, with all its intricate ornamentation and regal beauty - ancient in origin, yet eternally modern in its spiritual power.
The Kaesler family were pioneers who settled in the Barossa Valley in the 1840s. In 1891 they bought a parcel of land and in 1893 planted their first vines. Today, Kaesler Wines are made from these ancient, dry grown vineyards by the third owners of this magnificent property.
Nestled between Mount Aragats and Mount Ararat in the Ararat Valley, Karas winery can be found in the Armavir region, the smallest and most densely populated region of Armenia. Manz wine, located just 20 minutes from Portugal’s capital in the village of Cheleiros, is the only vineyard to grow the local, long-forgotten grape variety Jampal. Villa Pillo is a traditional vineyard located in the heart of Chianti, in the province of Florence, near the famous town of San Gimignano. In 1989, Americans John and Kathe Dyson purchased the property and began to restore the estate, merging traditional methodologies with the most sophisticated California techniques and replanting Sangiovese and typical French varietals. Thanks to the continued search for perfection, Villa Pillo has become a world-famous landmark, always present in the industry's leading magazines for its high quality wines.
In 1996, wine merchant Rosica Kasabova purchased and restored the sixty-year-old wine cellar now known as Villa Vinifera. Equipped with modern and classic technology, Villa Vinifera has vineyards at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains. With all its fruit picked by hand and sorted in wooden crates, the winey has a commitment to ecological growing practices, producing only organic wine.
