The September launch at Vinmonopolet focuses on red wine and Eastern Europe, among others, which has been virtually non-existent in the international market since the early 1990s. However, major changes in investment have contributed to a significant increase in quality in recent years, while the price level is moderate. An exciting Pinot Noir from Bulgaria with a different and tough style now comes into the shelves.
